There is also a large archive of photos of local schools, buildings, clubs, galas and sporting events over the past 100 years. If you have photos or papers of Alness we would appreciate it if you would allow us to copy them. We would scan and return them to you.

Our friendly volunteer staff are always happy to greet you and will be delighted to show you round our exhibitions and other parts of the centre.

We hope when you visit Alness, on the Web or in person, that you will get in touch with ACA Ltd at The Heritage Centre. We are always delighted to meet people with Alness connections, old Alnessians, people with an interest in history or people who are looking for a friendly town with attractive shops, beautiful flowers and lovely surrounding country-side.
